🔹 1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- The item is damaged or defective
- You received the wrong product
- The product has a major issue
👉 Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
🔹 2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom stitched outfits
- Products made according to your measurements
- Used or worn items
- Items without original condition
🔹 3. Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only if:
- The product is defective
- The wrong item was delivered
👉 Once approved:
- Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days
🔹 4. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges in case of:
- Size issues (only for standard sizes)
- Defective products
👉 Exchange requests must also be made within 7 days
🔹 5. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled:
- Within 24 hours of placing the order
After that, cancellation may not be possible if processing has started.
🔹 6. Delivery Time
- Orders are delivered within 6–7 working days across Pakistan
Delays may occur during peak seasons or sales.
🔹 7. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- Free shipping is available on orders above PKR 8,000
