At Santah Wear, we take pride in delivering high-quality, handmade outfits. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to make your shopping experience smooth and reliable.


🔹 1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item is damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong product
  • The product has a major issue

👉 Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery


🔹 2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom stitched outfits
  • Products made according to your measurements
  • Used or worn items
  • Items without original condition

🔹 3. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only if:

  • The product is defective
  • The wrong item was delivered

👉 Once approved:

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days

🔹 4. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges in case of:

  • Size issues (only for standard sizes)
  • Defective products

👉 Exchange requests must also be made within 7 days


🔹 5. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled:

  • Within 24 hours of placing the order

After that, cancellation may not be possible if processing has started.


🔹 6. Delivery Time

  • Orders are delivered within 6–7 working days across Pakistan

Delays may occur during peak seasons or sales.


🔹 7. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Free shipping is available on orders above PKR 8,000
